Define risk tiers

Low risk: automate fully (formatting, routing, data entry). Medium risk: suggest and approve (draft responses, classification, recommendations). High risk: draft only, human decides (compliance, financial, customer-facing).

The tier determines the UX, not the technology. Same model, different levels of human oversight.

Design review UX

Give reviewers context: sources, confidence cues, and one-click edits. Make it easier to accept than to ignore.

The biggest mistake in human-in-the-loop design is making the review process so painful that people either rubber-stamp everything or bypass the system entirely. The review interface is as important as the AI model.
